This morning I caught the sunrise from my window (wish I had taken a picture but this was before coffee and I didn't think) and thought I really ought to start a journal to remind myself often of the good things in life.
The other reason is that I've been meaning to own a blog to practice my voice. I recently came across a book by Michael Sauers on Blogging and RSS and decided it's time that I create a blog.
I just went to my photos on my gmail account and found a picture that is also of a sunrise over Lake Windward (though not from this morning and the sun was already quite high in the sky). Since I'd like to experiment with linking I am going to link it here. But I don't see how to make it open a new window (when others click on the link). So I am going to experiment with including picture right in this post (and let it appear at the beginning, to the left).
